Umami is the key flavour of Black Garlic and is created through a long and slow cooking procedure over 6 weeks, with nothing added other than heat and moisture - The harsh heat of the garlic turns to sugar as it caramelises and becomes black and sticky.
From a small range of 2-3 products, we now have 100 imaginative and great tasting products that are still made by hand using traditional open pans and are free from Nuts, Gluten, Additives and Preservatives as well as all being suitable for Vegetarians.

Launched along with The Orignal Black Garlic Ketchup back in 2017, this range became an instant best seller. Using bulbs of Black Garlic that have been roasted for 45 days, they are combined with thai inspired ingredients such as chilli, corriander and ginger to create a chunky thai style thick pickle. This pickle is perfect paired with many things from cheese to curry. This picke is also gluten free, nut free, vegetarian and vegan with no artificial additives or preservatives and made with all natural ingredients.
