My grandson loves it

This Buzz is great. My 2.5yo plays pretty rough and the toy is still in pretty great condition other than a few scratches on his clear helmet and a few other spots. One of the lights on his wings (the red one) also stopped working but the green one still works, which is no big deal to us honestly. Every button works just like it does in the movie. Even his fingers move (the pointer fingers move separately from the last three and the thumb doesn’t move) which really impressed me. The wings open up and then light up on the very ends. His helmet opens up very smoothly. The arm has the “karate chopping action” and the laser like in the movie (the laser sound is a little different though but still similar). The other arm also has the little “communicator” that flips open, just like in the movie when Buzz talks to Star Command. The front buttons have a lot more Buzz sayings than we heard in the movie which is actually nice. It’s definitely Tim Allen’s voice which is great. Also, if you balance the toy right, he stands on his own. The toy is pretty heavy but it feels very substantial which is why we all love it. My kid can hold it easily. It doesn’t feel like a cheap toy and I think that’s why it has stood the test of time so far. She really loves this toy and even gave Buzz “eye liner” one day. She’s basically obsessed haha. My brothers who were big fans of the movie when it first came out were so impressed when they saw the toy and were playing with it themselves and reliving their childhood fantasies haha. It was nice to see the three of them playing with the toy together even though they have a huge age gap. I wanted to leave a review because initially, I read a lot of reviews where people said the toy wasn’t exactly what they thought it would be, but it’s actually impressed me even more than I thought it would. If you’re looking for the Buzz toy that has all the features, including all the buttons working, this is the one. Have fun!

The box it came in was clean and not damaged and the demo mode even now, after months later, sounds great and still works.
